QUETTA: The Prime Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif is taking special interest in development of Balochistan, and he has increased the supply of laptops for students of the province on recommendation of Governor, Jaffar Khan Mandokhail.
The Prime Minister made an increase in provision of laptops from 14 percent to 18 percent besides allocating 3,000 Internships for the students of province.
The Chairman disclosed this while addressing the annual convocation of Balochistan University of Information Technology, Engineering and Management Sciences (BUITEMS) here on Thursday.
The Governor was chief guest at the convocation.
The Governor on the occasion extended thanks to the Prime Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif and Chairman PM Youth Programme, Rana Mashhud Khan on their endeavours for the cause of promotion of education and development of the province.
While addressing the convocation, Chairman PM Youth Programme said that the youth of province have the spirit and potential to serve the country and province.
He also said that the youth are future of the country and so youth of Balochistan.
He said that opportunities of livelihood and employments would be created with investment in different sectors
