Dr. Rubaba Khan Buledi Attends Parliamentary Caucus Meeting

Islamabad, December 20: Dr. Rubaba Khan Buledi, Advisor to the Department of Women Development, Balochistan, attended the Parliamentary Caucus meeting on Child Rights at the Parliament House in Islamabad. She engaged in discussions with members on related matters.

Dr. Buledi emphasized that the Balochistan Assembly is actively working on effective legislation to provide opportunities for the development of all neglected classes, including children and women’s rights. She praised the consensus-based approach to legislation in the assembly, which has created an ideal environment for agreement on public interest laws.

Dr. Buledi assured that the recommendations of the Parliamentary Caucus on Child Rights will be implemented in the Balochistan Assembly through consensus-based actions. She invited the members of the caucus to visit the Balochistan Assembly, highlighting the importance of consensus among assembly members from all four provinces in shaping effective legislation.

The members of the Parliamentary Caucus on Child Rights appreciated Dr. Buledi’s parliamentary services, particularly her proactive role in legislating on various human rights areas in the Balochistan Assembly.
