Important developments in the murder case of 27-year-old lady Dr. Mehar un nisa in Abbottabad as per her father of deceased Doctor who filed an FIR with police station Mir Pur under section 149/147/109/302 PPC on the order of court under section 22A on 23/11/2024

The in-laws of the victim, including her husband, were produced in the local court on Saturday. The local court judge canceled the BBA and granted a 2-day physical remand and handed over the accused to the Mirpur investigation police.

According to details on 07 November 2024 Ayub Medical Complex Dental Department Lady Dr. Maher Un Nisa’s sudden death was allegedly killed by her husband Basir Danish and in-laws by pretending to commit suicide.

(Case filed in Mirpur police station by the father of victim) and reported that

My son-in-law and his family killed his daughter’s to grab the 100 tola jewelry and house worth 16 crores in G.13 sector of Islamabad which was to be transferred as dowry.

As per police Abbottabad police raided the house of the accused for the last eight days and despite telephone contacts, the investigation involving the accused did not responded and not cooperating with police says investigation officer Inam Hashmi .

The post-mortem report of the Abbottabad victim was sent to the laboratory for forensics, while the scope of the investigation was widened by arresting the accused and taking them on two-day physical remand. Investigation In-charge Inam Hashmi.
