Karachi: Sui Southern Gas Company (SSGC) has dispatched its technical teams to Akhtarabad Western Bypass after a recent incident or possible sabotage, the exact causes of which are yet to be confirmed. The incident has resulted in the suspension of gas supply from SSGC’s 18-inch diameter main gas supply pipeline, affecting various areas in Upper Balochistan, including Kachlak, Ziarat, Boosten, Yaru, Karbala, and Pishin, as well as Quetta city areas, including Airport Road, Naukali, Jinnah Town, Khazi, A-One City, and Hazar Ganji.

SSGC’s management is closely monitoring the situation and will work to restore gas supply as soon as possible. The company will keep its customers informed about the progress. SSGC apologizes for the inconvenience caused to its customers.
