Balochistan Chief Minister Assures Equal Rights for Minorities

Quetta, Dec. 26, Balochistan Chief Minister Mir Safaraz Bugti has reaffirmed the government’s commitment to providing equal rights and complete religious freedom to minorities in Pakistan.

During a meeting with minority leaders and provincial assembly members, including Sanjay Kumar and Ravi Kumar, Bugti extended Christmas greetings and cut a cake to mark the occasion. He emphasized that minorities in Pakistan enjoy equal rights and complete freedom to practice their faith.

Bugti also highlighted the allocation of a special quota for minorities in the Benazir Bhutto Scholarship Program launched in Balochistan. The government has ensured strict implementation of the reserved quota for minorities in government employment.

The meeting was attended by provincial assembly members, including Farah Azim Shah, Mir Zabed Reki, Salma Kakar, and Rahmat Saleh Baloch.
