Civil servants are the driving force behind transforming the lives of the people.

National development and prosperity depend on their decisions and roles.
These remarks were made by Director General NIPA, Captain (Retired) Usman Gul, while addressing the ceremony of the 36th Senior Management Course.
A total of 31 officers from federal and provincial governments participated in this course.
The ceremony was attended by chief instructors, faculty, administration, and other staff from NIPA Peshawar, PPSA, and PARD.

The Director General stated that NIPA Peshawar provides training under the guidance of NSPP Rector Dr. Ijaz Munir.
The objective of the training is to enhance the skills, knowledge, and decision-making abilities of the officers.
He emphasized that officers should apply their skills practically and provide better services to the public.
He also urged them to adopt a friendly attitude toward the public so that people could approach them openly.

The Director General appreciated the efforts of the faculty and the quality of the course.
The course review committee’s report expressed satisfaction with the impact and standard of the training.
He praised the services of DS Admin Asad Zia Siddiqui, who improved the campus infrastructure.

Chief Instructor Tariq Bakhtiar presented the course report.
He detailed the rigorous 16-week training program.
The Director General awarded certificates to the graduating officers upon the completion of the course.
