Balochistan Hosts First-Ever Health Research Symposium.
Quetta, December 27, 2024: The Health Research Advisory Board, in collaboration with the Institute of Public Health Quetta, Bolan Medical College, Sheikh Zayed Cardiovascular Hospital Quetta, and Gates Pharmaceutical, successfully organized Balochistan’s first-ever Health Research Symposium.
The symposium brought together esteemed guests, including Secretary Health Balochistan Mujeeb ur Rahman, Professor Dr. Zaki, Professor Dr. Iqbal Afridi, and Vice Chancellor Bolan University of Medical and Health Sciences Professor Shabir Ahmed Lehri, among others.
The primary objective of the symposium was to prioritize health research, addressing various diseases and health-related issues prevalent in the province. The event provided a platform for medical experts to share their research and expertise, paving the way for improved healthcare services in Balochistan.
