Islamabad Police Crack Down on Motorcycle Theft Ring
Islamabad. Jan 06. In a significant breakthrough, Islamabad Police have arrested a key member of a notorious motorcycle theft gang, Muhammad Rahil, who was wanted for multiple thefts.¹ The police recovered six stolen motorcycles worth hundreds of thousands of rupees from the suspect.
According to initial investigations, Rahil confessed to being involved in numerous motorcycle thefts. The police team was praised by DIG Islamabad, Syed Ali Reza, for their efforts in apprehending the suspect.
This arrest is part of Islamabad Police’s ongoing efforts to curb motorcycle theft and other crimes in the city. In recent months, the police have arrested several members of motorcycle theft gangs and recovered stolen vehicles.² ³
