Doctor removes one-kg stone from patient’s stomach through operation

LARKANA : A team of doctors from Chandka Medical Teaching Hospital in Larkana successfully removed a one-kilogram stone from a patient’s stomach through a 45-minute operation. The condition of the old-age patient is said to be improving after the operation. In this regard, Dr. Safiullah Soho, Dr. Noor Ahmed Sheikh, of the Urology Department of Chandka Medical Teaching Hospital, along with their team, successfully operated on Asif Ali Sial, an old-age patient from Mehar, admitted to the hospital, and removed a one-kilogram stone from his stomach, after which the patient’s condition is said to be improving. On this occasion, the patient’s relatives told the media that the patient had been suffering from stomach pain for the past 15 years. Today, the doctors have relieved him of his heavy stone through an operation.
