KP LAW MINISTER CHAIRS MEETING ON CHINESE INVESTMENT IN KOHAT.
Peshawar. Jan 11. In order to discuss the interest of investment of the Chinese Company in Kohat, a high level meeting was held with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Minister on Law and Parliamentary Affairs Minister Aftab Alam Afridi Advocate in the chair at Kohat. The meeting beside others, was also attended by the former Federal Interior Minister and Senior PTI Leader Shehryar Afridi MNA, Chairman DDAC Kohat Shafi Jan MPA, Daud Shah Afridi MPA, Deputy Commissioner Kohat Abdul Akram Chitrali, Tehsil Mayor Kohat Qari Sher Zaman, Tehsil Nazim Gumbat Sajid Iqbal, Tehsil Nazim Lachi Ehsan Khan and authorities concerned of the relevant departments. The meeting thoroughly discussed the Chinese company’s interest in investing in Kohat in various sectors, especially in Farming and Livestock and certain decisions were taken in this respect. The company was assured on behalf of the provincial government of all possible support and facilities to the Chinese Company. The Law Minister said, the investment of the Chinese Company in the Kohat will not only create new employment opportunities but it will stabilize the local economy and usher a new era of development. He further said that modern technology will be used in Livestock and Farming sectors. The Minister while welcoming the interest of investment by the Chinese Company, termed it as a positive step for the development of Kohat and hoped that It will prove to be a milestone for the progress and prosperity of Kohat and the development works Jan. 11
