CM announces to establish Hub Development Authority; grant of Rs. 500 million for Hub LGs
Mir Sarfraz Bugti maintains Hub Master Plan approved; announces to give US Sakran status of Tehsil; vows to ensure development of Hub district as per vision of President Asif Zardari
QUETTA: The Chief Minister Balochistan, Mir Sarfraz Bugti has announced to establish Hub Development Authority and grant of Rs. 500 million for the Hub District Council and Hub Town Committee.
The Chief Minister also announced to give status of Tehsil to Sakran and added that we are consider to upgrade Lohi as Town Committee.
These and other announcements were made by the Chief Minister while addressing a grand public gathering during his visit to Hub, on Thursday.
Mir Sarfraz Bugti reached Hub on special invitation of spokesman of President Asif Ali Zardari for Balochistan and Provincial Minister for Industries and Cooperatives, Mir Ali Hasan Zehri.
The Chief Minister made announcement of different development projects for Hub.
He said that we are taking steps for provision of quality healthcare services as per the vision of President Asif Ali Zardari and Chairman Pakistan Peoples Party, Bilawal Bhutto Zardari.
He said that we are working for development of Hub and welfare of its people on directive of President Asif Ali Zardari.
He said that Hub is an industrial estate and the Chief Ministers have been from this area, but it lacks development.
However, we would ensure development of Hub in our era of government and we would take wholehearted measures on directives of the President Zardari.
He on the occasion praised the elected representative from Hub and the sitting Provincial Minister, Mir Ali Hasan Zehri saying that he is pride of our party.
The Chief Minister mentioned that the Hub Master Plan has been approved. He on the occasion also announced to hand over Jam Ghulam Qadir Hospital Hub to Indus Hospital so as to bring improvement in the healthcare sector and provide relief to the people.
He Ann that the government would provide Rs. 250 million each to the Hub District Council and Town Committee for development activities. He also announced to establish Benazir Bhutto Nursing College in Hub. Besides, we would also build Gaddani to Hub 16 kilometer road. Moreover, better environment would be provided to the labourers and farmers, he added.
The Chief Minister invited the investors to come and make investment in Hub.
Earlier, warm welcome was accorded to the Chief Minister upon his first visit to Hub after becoming the Chief Minister.
The Provincial Minister Mir Ali Hassan Zehri, Senator and former Chief Minister Mir Abdul Quddus Bizenjo, dignitaries, senior high ups and others welcomed Mir Sarfraz Bugti.
