Gwadar District Administration Launches Self-Employment Scheme for Disabled Individuals

Gwadar, January 16. Deputy Commissioner Hamood-ur-Rehman’s special efforts have led to the organization of a significant workshop for 100 disabled individuals in Gwadar district, under the Self-Employment Scheme. The workshop, held at the Social Welfare Committee Hall in Gwadar, provided counseling sessions and business advice to participants.

Key Highlights of the Workshop:

– 25 members attended the workshop, praising Deputy Commissioner Hamood-ur-Rehman’s initiative as a comprehensive program at the district level in Balochistan.
– Participants appreciated the effort as a positive change in society and better opportunities for special individuals.
– The workshop focused on employment opportunities for disabled individuals, discussing their business ideas and providing guidance for economic independence.
– Social Welfare Officer Obaidullah and Special Person Organization Balochistan’s Shakeel Ghareeb Samalizi delivered special briefings, encouraging disabled individuals to become self-sufficient.
