Crackdown on Transporters Continues in Nasirabad Division
Nasirabad: Authorities have intensified their crackdown on transporters violating traffic laws in Nasirabad Division. Regional Transport Authority Secretary, Noor Ahmed Domki, accompanied by SSP National Highway Authority, Muhammad Ayub Gola, launched an operation against transporters on NA-65, removing extra fittings from several vehicles and issuing fines to drivers. Seven drivers were warned to adhere to traffic laws to avoid future penalties. The Chief Engineer also instructed officials to focus on expanding the network of roads in District Hub, improving the communication network, and providing the best possible travel facilities to citizens. He emphasized the importance of using quality materials and ensuring the timely completion of development projects.
During the briefing, the Executive Engineer informed the Chief Engineer about the ongoing development projects in District Hub, including the construction of new roads and the repair of existing ones. The Chief Engineer expressed satisfaction with the progress of the projects and directed officials to continue working diligently to complete them on time.
