Gun Battle Erupts in Shikarpur: Dacoits Target Domki Community Leader
Adeal Ahmed dil Shikarpur. Jan 19. Domki community leader, Mir Ghalib Khan Domki, who resisted a robbery attempt by armed dacoits.
In a daring incident, over 10 armed dacoits attempted to loot Mir Ghalib Khan Domki’s vehicle near the Mirza Wah check post on the Rustam-Fazilpur road. However, the Domki community leader and his guards put up a brave resistance, leading to a fierce gun battle.
Unfortunately, two guards, Salar Domki and Mehr Domki, lost their lives in the crossfire, while Mir Ghalib Khan Domki sustained injuries. The guards’ retaliatory fire also resulted in the death of a notorious dacoit, Nader Mirani, who carried a reward of Rs. 2 million on his head.
Police teams from various stations rushed to the scene following the incident, and an investigation is currently underway. The bravery displayed by Mir Ghalib Khan Domki and his guards has been widely praised, and the incident serves as a reminder of the ongoing struggle against dacoits and criminals in the region.
