Peshawar: January 20: Strict Disciplinary Action Shall Be Taken Against Those Public Bodies Who Are Deliberately Obstructing Access To Information So As To Provide Timely Relief To The Complainants Under KP RTI Act 2013. The KP Information Commission (KPIC) comprising of the Chief Information Commissioner, Farah Hamid Khan, Information Commissioners Arshad Ahmed and Muhammad Irshad took serious notice of non- compliance of the Commission orders. Show cause notices and warning letters to be issued to the defaulting Public Bodies including Higher Education Regulatory Authority and AIG Legal (Police Department) in hearings of the complainants.
