Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Governor Meets Delegation from Khyber District
Peshwar. Jan. 23: Governor of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Faisal Karim Kundi, met with a delegation of public representatives from Khyber District at the Governor’s House in Peshawar. The delegation, led by Hazrat Wali, comprised of local and district-level officials and workers from various political parties in Khyber District.

During the meeting, the delegation apprised the governor of various public issues in Khyber District, including law and order, electricity shortages, development projects, tax abolition, and payment of compensation to those affected by operations. The governor assured the delegation that he is aware of the sacrifices made by the people of merged tribal districts and emphasized the need to promote education and health activities to ensure sustainable peace in these areas ¹.
Faisal Karim Kundi also stressed the importance of bringing the merged districts at par with other districts in the province in terms of development. He assured the delegation that he will ensure the speedy completion of development projects in Khyber District and other merged districts. The governor also appreciated the positive image of tribal youth in the merged districts.
