Two leading commanders of banned organizations join national mainstream; urge others to give up futile struggle

QUETTA: Two leading commanders of the banned organizations including Baloch Republican Army (BRA) and Baloch Liberation Front (BLF) announced their joining in the national mainstream giving up their armed struggle against the state.
The commanders namely Najeebullah and Abdul Rasheed made the very announcement of joining national mainstream at a joint press conference here at the Civil secretariat on Friday.
The Provincial Minister for Planning and Development, Mir Zahoor Ahmed Buledi, Advisor to Chief Minister for Youth Affairs and Sports, Ms. Meena Majeed Baloch, DIG CTD, Aitezaz Goraya and others.
The Provincial Minister for Planning and Development welcomed the commanders of banned organizations saying that they have joined the national mainstream, and we welcome them from core of our hearts.
He also said that the doors of government are open for the misguided people staying in the mountains.
He said that the handlers behind the terrorists are the enemies of Pakistan. These terrorists are playing heinous game against the state, he added.
He said that Pakistan belongs to all of us, and it is our responsibility to protect it.
The Advisor to Chief Minister Ms. Meena Majeed Baloch also welcomed the commanders of banned organizations in the national mainstream and said that they are telling as how they were used after their mind making against the state.
She said that what’s being done by the banned organizations is not in the interest of Balochistan, rather it is aimed at destabilizing the province and country for the vested interests.
She especially urged the women to ponder upon the situation and make decision at their own. The women should not let anyone use them for the terrorism acts, she insisted.
The commanders of banned organizations on the occasion informed the media persons as how they were trapped and used against the state of Pakistan.
Najeebullah said that their minds were made against the state in an organized manner.
He thanked the government for providing them the chance to join the national mainstream. He said that our survival lies in it that we may wage peaceful struggle for our rights and welfare of our people. He said that the leaders of banned organizations are leading peaceful life in abroad, but the common men and those who are in the mountains are making it hard to make their both ends meet. They are deprived of the health and other basic facilities of life, he pointed out.
He appealed to those staying in the mountains to give their armed struggle and lead peaceful life their country.
The DIG CTD on the occasion also talked to the media and informed about how the banned organizations recruit the youth for their nefarious acts after deceiving them.
He said that it is our utmost endeavour to bring back those being used for nefarious designs by the banned outfits, and stop the way of their joining in the same further.
