Balochistan Chief Secretary Vows to Eradicate Cheating in Exams
Quetta, Jan. 29: A high-level meeting was chaired by Balochistan Chief Secretary Shakeel Qadir Khan to discuss measures to eliminate cheating in exams. The meeting emphasized that the increasing trend of cheating in educational institutions is a menace that has rendered the entire education system and structure ineffective ¹.
Chief Secretary Khan stressed that drastic measures are necessary to curb cheating and that immediate legal action should be taken against those involved in cheating. He also emphasized the need to demoralize cheating at all levels.
Key decisions were made during the meeting to prevent cheating in exams. It was revealed that out of a total of 432 examination centers across Balochistan, 152 centers lack banking facilities. The meeting also discussed the identification of administrative offices nearest to examination centers and the proper storage and transportation of examination papers.
The Chief Secretary’s commitment to eradicating cheating in exams is a significant step towards ensuring the integrity of the education system in Balochistan.
