Successful eye transplant operation with the support of WEF

LARKANA: In Larkana, with the support of the national private welfare organization Vision(WEF), under the leadership of the head of the foundation Atif Riaz, Professor Dr. Shabbir Ahmed Bhutto, Head of the Ophthalmology Department of Chandka Hospital Dr. Abdul Aleem Mirani, Dr. Zakaullah Gopang, Dr. Naeem Akhtar Katpar of Sukkur Civil Hospital, along with their team Dr. Sajjad Abbasi, Abdul Hakeem Chandio, performed two successful eye transplant operations for the first time, after which the health of both patients is said to be better. In this regard, the team of doctors said that for the first time in northern Sindh, two successful eye transplant operations were performed under the agreement between the Vice Chancellor of Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto and the Vision for Education Foundation.
