Quetta, February 5, 2025: The Balochistan government, under the leadership of Chief Minister Mir Srafaraz Bugti, has taken revolutionary steps to promote education in the province. The Balochistan Education Endowment Fund (BEEF) has awarded scholarships worth Rs. 2.98 billion to 33,466 students since February 2024.
The scholarships have enabled thousands of deserving and talented students to access higher education opportunities. The government has introduced various scholarship schemes to provide educational facilities to students from all backgrounds.
– Regular Scholarships: 31,077 students from grade 9 to MS/MPhil levels have received scholarships worth Rs. 2.04 billion.
– Fully Funded BS Level Scholarship Program: 1,465 students have received educational assistance worth Rs. 500 million.
