Islamabad, the 5th February, On the directions of IG, Riffat Mukhtar Raja, officers of the National Highways and Motorway Police actively participated in a rally to express solidarity with the people of occupied Jammu and Kashmir.
On the directions of Inspector General of National Highways and Motorway Police, Riffat Mukhtar Raja, officers of the National Highways and Motorway Police actively participated in a rally held in Islamabad to express solidarity with the people of occupied Jammu and Kashmir. The rally was organized by the Ministry of Kashmir Affairs and Gilgit-Baltistan. Motorway Police officers carried banners and placards expressing solidarity with their brothers and sisters in occupied Jammu and Kashmir. Additionally, following the directives of Inspector General Riffat Mukhtar Raja, special events and rallies were organized in all zones of the National Highways and Motorway Police to show support for the people of occupied Jammu and Kashmir. Banners expressing solidarity were displayed at all toll plazas and bridges on motorways and highways across Pakistan. Furthermore, special programs in support of Kashmiris were broadcast on National Highways and Motorway Police FM-95 radio. In Islamabad, officers of the Motorway Police, led by SSP Headquarters, participated enthusiastically in the rally organized by the Ministry of Kashmir Affairs and Gilgit-Baltistan. The rally also saw participation from officers, students, teachers, and other individuals. Participants carried banners and placards and called on the international community to play an active role in resolving the Kashmir issue. To pay tribute to the people of occupied Jammu and Kashmir, a one-minute silence was observed at 10 a.m. The purpose of these events and rallies across all zones of the Motorway Police was to draw global attention to the plight of the oppressed Kashmiri people in the occupied valley.
