Qatar Charity’s Welfare Initiatives in Sanghar Benefiting the Underprivileged

Sanghar (Hasnain Ashiq Saand) Qatar Charity is actively working for the welfare of underprivileged people in District Sanghar. This was stated by Qatar Charity’s Manager, Ashraf Mughal, during a meeting with Deputy Commissioner Sanghar, Imran-ul-Hassan Khawaja.

He highlighted various initiatives taken by Qatar Charity, including the installation of hand pumps for clean drinking water, construction and renovation of washrooms in schools and hospitals, establishment of ablution areas in mosques, and distribution of wheelchairs for disabled individuals. Additionally, the organization has provided sewing machines to widows and underprivileged women to help them become self-sufficient. Blood pressure devices and glucometers have also been distributed among patients suffering from hypertension and diabetes.

Moreover, Qatar Charity is supporting small business owners in rural areas by providing assistance to improve their shops, enabling them to achieve financial stability.

Deputy Commissioner Sanghar, Imran-ul-Hassan Khawaja, appreciated Qatar Charity’s efforts and emphasized that government and social organizations must work together to uplift the underprivileged sections of society. He termed these initiatives as a significant step towards improving the lives of deserving individuals.

On this occasion, beneficiary women expressed their gratitude, considering these efforts a positive step toward poverty alleviation and financial independence. The Deputy Commissioner further acknowledged that Qatar Charity has carried out remarkable work in Sanghar, including the remote areas of Achro Thar.
