Two Robbers Arrested in Police Encounter Near Khipro
Sanghar (Hasnain Ashiq Saand) In an ongoing crackdown against criminal elements in DistrictSanghar, Khipro police successfully apprehended two armed robbers after an exchange of fire near Shah Mor. According to reports, SHO Khipro, Muhammad Sharif Jamali, along with his team, was on patrol when they spotted three suspicious armed individuals. Upon being signaled to stop, the suspects opened fire on the police and attempted to flee.
In response, the police retaliated, leading to the arrest of two suspects, identified as Daud Sheikh and Amjad Jutt. Two TT pistols were recovered from their possession. However, their third accomplice managed to escape.
Cases have been registered against the arrested individuals under charges of attempted murder, illegal possession of weapons, and armed confrontation with law enforcement. Further investigations are underway to track down the absconding suspect and uncover any possible links to a larger criminal network.
