Kohat. February 11. GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES SHOULD MAKE PUBLIC SERVICE THEIR MOTTO. KP LAW MINISTER
A high level meeting, to review the performance of all the government departments in Kohat district, was held with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Minister on Law and Parliamentary Affairs Aftab Alam Afridi Advocate in the chair at DC House Kohat today.
The meeting beside the Deputy Commissioner Kohat Abdul Akram and ADC (G) Hamid Iqbal was also attended by the authorities concerned of the food, forestry, agriculture, halal food authority and other relevant departments.
The Minister was briefed in detail regarding the performance of the departments and also informed about the progress on the proposed, ongoing, and new projects in the district.
The Law Minister, on this occasion, appreciated the efforts of the officers who performed well while others were directed to improving their performance. He declared that providing better facilities and services to the people is the top most priority of his government, on which any kind of compromise nor any negligence is tolerable. He warned the government employees to mend their ways and make serving the people their motto otherwise be prepared for stern action.
