Trade Development Authority of Peshawar (TDAP) to Organize Trade Exhibition at KIU
Gilgit (PR) – The Trade Development Authority of Peshawar (TDAP) will organize a trade exhibition at the Karakoram International University (KIU). According to the Public Relations Department of KIU, this decision was made during a meeting between a high-level TDAP delegation and KIU Registrar Dr. Abdul Hameed Lone and other senior officials during the TDAP delegation’s visit to Karakoram International University.
During the meeting, various aspects regarding the organization of the trade exhibition at Karakoram International University in May 2025, its arrangements, and possible collaboration were discussed in detail. This exhibition will provide a unique platform for local entrepreneurs and students to showcase their ideas, products, and services. The goal of the event is to promote economic development in the region and create networking opportunities.
Local industrialists, traders, and investors will participate in the exhibition, which will increase the possibilities of expanding their businesses both nationally and internationally. The TDAP delegation emphasized the importance of the exhibition, stating that it is part of their ongoing efforts to promote Pakistan’s trade sector. The exhibition will not only further strengthen the region’s economic development but will also solidify KIU’s position as a key center of economic development in Gilgit-Baltistan.
Officials from TDAP and KIU agreed that the exhibition will create sustainable economic opportunities in the region and promote further cooperation.
