According to the details: DPO Swat Nasir Mahmood, on the orders of Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Ali Amin Gandapur, Inspector General of Police Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Zulfiqar Hameed, met the family of martyred Inspector Wakil Khan (Security Officer Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa) in his native village Haryankot Dargai yesterday. On this occasion, DPO Swat said that the martyred policemen are our heroes who sacrificed their lives to restore law and order. He further said that the families of the police martyrs will never be left alone, and all possible facilities will be provided to them. DPO Swat Nasir Mahmood offered Fateha for the martyr’s eternal peace and high ranks. It should be noted that on February 17, 2024, Inspector Wakil Khan (Special Branch), who was the Chief Security Officer of the Chief Minis+ter of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, He was travelling on a motorcycle in his native area of Haryankot, Dargai, Malakand, along with his two sons Farhan, Ayan and relative Naseeb Khan, who was a clerk in the Education Department, when unknown terrorists on motorcycles chased the inspector and opened fire on him indiscriminately at Hiroshah Chowk, Haryankot, Dargai. Inspector Vakil Khan, relative Naseeb Khan and two children were seriously injured in the firing. The injured were taken to Dargai hospital by the locals, but Inspector Vakil Khan and Naseeb Khan succumbed to their injuries on the way.
