Karachi (February 21) – Governor of Sindh, Kamran Khan Tessori, has stated that Indian agents and hostile elements are behind the social media campaign against the Chief of Army Staff and the Pakistan Armed Forces. He warned the public to remain cautious about such propaganda. He added that India is attempting to undermine Pakistan’s economic and social systems through social media, and emphasized the importance of avoiding the spread of unverified news that damages Pakistan’s dignity.
These remarks were made by Governor Kamran Khan Tessori during his address to overseas Pakistanis in Birmingham, United Kingdom. The Governor sindh emphasized that overseas Pakistanis, no matter where they are, should be proud of their Pakistani heritage, stating that the title of being of Pakistani descent should hold such respect that the world acknowledges and honors Pakistan and its people.
Governor Sindh Kamran Khan Tessori further said that the Pakistan Army and the Special Investment Facilitation Council (SIFC) are the key institutions that can help stabilize the country and put it on its feet. He urged overseas Pakistanis to stand not for any individual, but for Pakistan itself. The respect and dignity of Pakistan, he added, are the collective responsibility of all Pakistanis, and they must play a positive role.
He concluded by stressing that his visit was not to support any individual, but to talk about the future of the country. “Pakistan belongs to all of us,” he said, urging everyone to contribute towards strengthening the nation.
