RDMC organizes open forum engaging local leaders, youth, political figures

Nokkundi, Reko Diq Mining Company (RDMC) organized an open public forum in Nokkundi, engaging local leaders, youth, and political figures.
The RDMC team provided briefings on community development initiatives, including a skills development program in collaboration with the Hunar Foundation and a Mother and Child Health Center established under the Indus Hospital Network.
Community Engagement Manager Ali Dost Yalanzai, Community Investment Lead Esa Tahir Sanjrani, HR Lead Inayat kubdani, and Community Engagement Lead Noor Khan Mengal addressed participants’ queries. Regarding local employment, it was highlighted that 78% of RDMC’s workforce hails from Balochistan, with over half from Chagai district.
Representatives from the Hunar Foundation and Indus Hospital also discussed their positive impact and local hiring practices. Attendees appreciated RDMC’s transparency and expressed a desire for more such forums.
