A special ceremony was organized by Regional Police Officer Mardan Najeeb-ur-Rehman at the Regional Police Office Mardan, here on Friday, in which officers and youth of Mardan and Charsadda districts of Mardan region were awarded certificates of appreciation for their excellent performance and extraordinary efforts for public service.
Addressing the police officers and youth in his address at the ceremony, Regional Police Officer Mardan Najeeb-ur-Rehman said that all of you have admirable hard work, dedication and spirit of public service. These certificates are a recognition of your excellent performance and an effort on our part to further enhance your spirit.
He further said that the role of the police is very important in maintaining law and order in the society. The hard work of all of you is not only serving the public but also strengthening the positive image of the police. We should resolve to perform our duties in a better manner and ensure the safety of the public.
The awardees included DSP Security Mardan Bashir Gul, Inspector Bilal Haleem, Inspector Liaquat Shah, PASI Farooq Khan, Wajid Khan, ASI Arif Khan, Zubair Khan, Bihar Khan, Zeeshan Khan, Raheel Jan, Shahid Khan, Ibad Khan, Head Constable Ismail, Dastar Ali, Constables Sajjad, Arshad, Zakaria, Mushtaq, Fawad, Ijaz and Farhad.
At the end of the ceremony, the Regional Police Officer said that the success of the police force is not possible without the cooperation of the public. He appealed to the public to work together with the police so that peace and order can be maintained in the society.
