Governor aiming to establish IT Park in Quetta providing technical innovation & development as per our modern requirements
QUETTA: The Governor Balochistan, Jaffar Khan Mandokhail has stated that our objective is to establish a modern IT Park in Quetta city, which may provide a hub for for the technical innovation and development according to our modern requirements.
He said that the beginning of Digital Information Technology has ushered new era of a fast change where new human behaviours are being formed. With this, the point of view of analyzing and assessing the things. However, our least resources and issues requires a comprehensive strategy in order to save us from the emerging crisis.
The Governor mentioned that our apt and wise planning can save us from a grave future.
These views were expressed by the Governor during a briefing by Chief Executive Officer of a private group, Rahil Jameel here on Tuesday.
Speaking on the occasion, Governor said that the higher education has been boosted because our conscious efforts and wholehearted attention.
He said that it is welcoming that there are hundreds of Ph.D scholars, researchers and experts of international caliber in our 11 public sector universities.
We can set new course of a bright and safe future by benefitting from their knowledge and experience, he added.
The Governor also said that as we are stepping in the steps of artificial intelligence and robotic technology, this fact is revealed that the mental capability is dominating the physical power.
And this ever changing scenario would make our traditional thinking and approach ineffective very soon, he observed.
He stressed that on one hand, we have to adopt modernism while at the same time, we have to give up outdated traditional habits and procedure.
Still, we have the capability to overcome certain challenges easily through the mutual understanding, public friendly policies and wise planning, adding Governor believed.
