On International Women’s Day, we celebrate women’s achievements and reaffirm our commitment to gender equality and empowerment. A just society thrives when women have equal opportunities, their rights are protected, and they are free from discrimination and violence.
Pakistan remains dedicated to its constitutional and international commitments to protect women’s rights. The government continues to strengthen laws on gender-based violence, workplace harassment, and child marriage, alongside institutional support through helplines, protection centers, and complaint cells.
The Ministry of Human Rights is leading key policy initiatives, awareness campaigns, and training programs in collaboration with stakeholders. Through collective action, we strive to break barriers and build a more equitable future.
On this occasion, we recognize women’s invaluable contributions and recommit to fostering a society where every woman can thrive. Let us stand together for dignity, equality, and opportunity for all.
