1st batch of youth proceeds for abroad under CM Youth Skills Prog:Govt. has opened doors of respectable livelihood for youth suffering from disappointment & uncertainty: CM
QUETTA: The Chief Minister Balochistan, Mir Sarfraz Bugti has stated that the provincial government has opened doors of the respectable livelihood for the youth who are suffering from the disappointment and uncertainty.
He said that the government has decided to bring youngsters closer to the state and provide equal opportunities of development.
The Chief Minister was addressing the ceremony of handing over of visas and other traveling documents under the CM Youth Skills Development Programme here on Monday.
He noted with pleasure that the first group of youth from Balochistan is proceeding for abroad for livelihood. He said that these youth would not only brighten their future but would also serve as ambassadors of Pakistan and Balochistan.
They would also become source of sending foreign exchange besides contributing to the economic stability of their families, he added.
The Chief Minister advised youth to do hard work, serving with devotion and honesty.
He also exhorted them not to indulge in any such activity which may defame the country.
He said that it is topmost priority of the government to provide opportunities of education and development to youths of Balochistan.
He said that our province has quite different circumstances. If any youngster is jobless, then he may be trapped by anti state elements, he feared.
Therefore, it is necessary to restore confidence of the youths on state through good governance and merit, adding he stressed.
He on the occasion directed to Labour and Manpower and B-Tevta high ups to complete the process of sending remaining trained youths to abroad by end of June this year.
He also referred the pleasure expressed by Chairman Pakistan Peoples Party Bilawal Bhutto Zardari on success of the programme. He said that this project would prove to be a milestone in bright future of youth of the province.
He said that the government has trained youths with resources of taxes of public, and provided opportunity of livelihood abroad so they should pay heed towards the livelihood and brighten the name of Balochistan and Pakistan.
If anyone returns before the stipulated time instead of doing hard work and devotion, then the expenses would be collected from him incurred, he asserted.
He on the occasion appreciated performance of the Advisor for Labour and Manpower, Ghulam Rasool Umrani, Chief Secretary Shakeel Qadir Khan and other concerned high ups on implementation on the Youth Skills Development Programme.
