CS directs to expedite pace of work on development projects under Quetta Development Package

QUETTA: The Chief Secretary Shakeel Qadir Khan has directed to speed up work on the development projects under Quetta Development Package.
In this regard, all the hurdles should be removed in way of early completion of the development projects.
He also directed to ensure completion of work on the Sariab road development project within the stipulated time.
The Chief Secretary was chairing the meeting about the Quetta / Chief Minister Development Package here on Monday.
The meeting reviewed the development projects of Sariab road, Sabzal road, western bypass, radio Pakistan road.
The Chief Secretary was briefed about the Quetta Development Package in detail.
He was also informed that the development projects of Anscomb road, Sirki road, Link Badini, Radio Pakistan road and Sabzal road have been completed.
Besides, the work has also been started on new development projects under Quetta Development Package. The projects are included Kidney center, Airport road, Sariab service road, Akram hospital to hockey ground projects.
Addressing the meeting, Chief Secretary said that Quetta would become a modern, beautiful and developed city with timely completion of the development projects.
He also directed to preserve the trees planted in the pathways of development projects.
He said that Quetta development package would prove to be an important milestone for development of the city.
He said that there would be development and people would be prosperous once development projects are completed timely.
