Entry of private guards with arms banned too: Ban imposed on carrying of weapons in premises of Civil Secretariat

QUETTA: The Government of Balochistan has imposed ban on carrying of any arm and weapon in the premises of Civil Secretariat Quetta with immediate effect.
According to an official notification issued here by the Services and General Administration Department (S&GAD), no person shall be allowed to enter the premises of Civil Secretariat carrying arms and weapons.
Similarly, entry of the private security guards carrying the weapons has also been banned. Besides, the entry of vehicles with tainted glasses would also be banned in the civil secretariat.
The notification mentioned that the ban has been imposed in view of the prevailing law and order situation and unchecked influx of the public in the premises of civil secretariat.
