Farmers Encouraged to Adopt Natural Methods for Crop Protection at Sanghar Seminar
Sanghar (Hasnain Ashiq Saand) A one-day seminar was organized by the Research Development Foundation (RDF) at the District Council Hall in Sanghar to raise awareness about reducing the use of harmful pesticides and adopting natural methods for improved crop production.
Environmental expert Professor Nawaz Kumbhar and Assistant Commissioner Sanghar Shafiq Ahmed Arisar attended the event as special guests. Addressing the gathering, they emphasized that adopting natural methods instead of toxic pesticides can lead to healthier food production and help prevent several diseases spreading worldwide.
The seminar was attended by hundreds of male and female farmers from local villages who pledged to grow pesticide-free crops.
Prominent figures such as senior journalist, columnist, and analyst Amir Bux Burdi, education expert and social activist Shumaila Arain, and community leader Ameer Zadi were also present at the event.
