We can’t afford more hatred and disputes: Role of political leaders, religious scholars crucial to pull Balochistan out of various crises, says Governor
QUETTA: The Governor Balochistan, Sheikh Jaffar Khan Mandokhail has stated that the role of political leaders and religious scholars has been very important to pull out the province out of different crises. They have presented successful political solution to cope with the rising challenges, promoting social harmony and promoting constant political trends.
He stressed that the guidance and help of the politicians and religious scholars is more important than before in the prevailing tense situation and that to cope with the political and economic challenges being faced by the province.
He said that the ingenious political leaders and acclaimed religious scholars can play key role in sustainable solution to the issues with mutual understanding and knowing hardships of each other.
The Governor was speaking to the central leader of Jamiat Ulema-E-Islam and Member National Assembly, Maulana Abdul Ghafoor Haideri, who called on him here at the Governor’s House on Thursday.
The Governor stressed that we have to take concrete measures in interest of the country and province immediately keeping in view the tense situation of the whole region.
Just because we can’t afford more hatred and disputes, Sheikh Jaffar Mandokhail added.
He said that time arises that all the political elders, religious leaders and scholars have to play their wholehearted role for the sake of general public.
He said that there are the brilliant values and traditions of Baloch and Pashtoon nations, and we have also resolved several political and tribal disputes and issues peacefully through our traditional Jirgah system
