MIRPUR MATHELO (By Tanveer Ahmed Soomro) The Ghotki Police, led by SSP Ghotki Dr. Samiullah Soomro, have narrowed the circle of the accused involved in the attack on Pakistan People’s Party leader and former provincial minister Jam Mehtab Hussain Dahar. Due to heavy pressure from the police, the accused fled from their homes/places. The accused’s places were demolished and set on fire. According to the details, to arrest the accused involved in the attack on former Sindh provincial minister and Pakistan People’s Party member of Sindh Assembly Jam Mehtab Hussain Dahar, on the instructions of SSP Ghotki Dr. Samiullah Soomro, a heavy contingent of police from three APCs, two armored vehicles, ten police mobiles, and 12 police stations led by DSP Ubauro Abdul Qadir Soomro conducted a strict search operation against the accused involved in this incident in different villages of Khenjho, Sanko, Daharki, and Reti and sealed the area. The places of the accused involved in this case were sealed. Their hideouts were demolished and set on fire during the raids. The accused fled from the police fearing that they would be arrested. During the search operation, the police recovered two stolen motorcycles from the hideouts of the robbers/accused. The robbers/accused had set up barricades to prevent the police from carrying out their actions. A heavy police force has demolished all the barricades. According to SSP Ghotki Dr. Samiullah Soomro and DSP Ubauro Abdul Qadir Soomro, raids are underway against the accused. The police have sealed the area and the circle of the accused involved in the incident has been narrowed. The police have set up secret camps at different places and will soon arrest all the accused involved and bring them to justice. Strict operations will continue against the accused until the arrest of the accused.
