PMO, federal Govt. monitoring campaign of deportation: CS directs to all concerned high ups to expedite process of deportation of illegal immigrants from province

Shakeel Qadir Khan assures ill-treatment would not be done with anyone during process of deportation of illegal immigrants and ACC holders from Balochistan

QUETTA: The Chief Secretary Balochistan, Shakeel Qadir Khan has directed to the district high ups and all other concerned authorities to expedite the process of deportation of illegal immigrants from the province.
He directed to all concerned high ups to perform their responsibilities ensuring expulsion of all illegal immigrants to their homeland.
He said that the provincial government is implementing the deportation policy under the international laws like other countries, while the Prime Minister Office, federal government and other secret institutions are monitoring the campaign of deportation of the illegal immigrants.
The Chief Secretary was presiding over the meeting about the illegal immigrants and Afghan Citizenship Card (ACC) holders, here on Thursday.
The meeting reviewed the preparations of provincial government about repatriation of the illegal immigrants.
The Additional Chief Secretary Home, Zahid Saleem briefed the meeting about the process of deportation of the illegal immigrants and Afghan Citizenship Card Holders.
Addressing the meeting, Chief Secretary mentioned that the repatriation of the illegal immigrants and ACC holders is being ensured by the Government of Pakistan.
He said that we are ensuing the repatriation of all illegal immigrants, and adding he emphasized that ill-treatment would not be done with any during the deportation of the illegal immigrants and ACC holders from the province.
The Chief Secretary mentioned that the Government of Pakistan had instructed all the Afghan citizens settled in all areas to repatriate to their homeland by March 31, 2025.
He on the occasion directed to all concerned to speed up the process of expulsion of the illegal immigrants. He said that the Interior Ministry would be requested to increase timing of the NADRA offices while operating in two shifts.
He also directed to the concerned Deputy Commissioners to improve mapping and submit report on the daily basis.
Earlier, during briefing, it was informed that the illegal immigrants are deported from Chaman border and Barab chah passage after their verification from NADRA.
The staff of NADRA of the concerned districts are also deployed at the time of deportation of immigrants to the Chaman border and Barab chah.
