Proper guidance of youth important need of hour: First social media policy being introduced in Balochistan, says Chief Minister

QUETTA: The Chief Minister Balochistan, Mir Sarfraz Bugti has stated that no can deny the power of social media in the present era. However, the youth are being misled through social media too.
He said that first social media policy is being introduced in Balochistan and added that the reservations and recommendations of the social media users would be made part of the social media policy.
He said that the policymaking is unavoidable in accordance with the requirements of new era.
The Chief Minister was speaking to the social media influencers who called on him here on Saturday.
He discussed the matters about the use of modern information technology and especially the social media.
He said that it is not possible to deny the power of social media in the present era. But what’s necessary to ensure correct use of the same for good of society, he emphasized adding that the state is supreme the most. He said that identification of flaws in the governance is welcoming.
He asserted that we would accept the positive criticism and would strengthen the process of reforms in the government affairs.
He said that the right guidance of youth is an important need of the hour.
He also said that the youth of the province would be provided the opportunities of livelihood, education and awareness.
He also asserted that the social media would be made source of betterment stopping the way of negative propaganda.
He exhorted youth to play their role in highlighting and projecting the positive image of Balochistan.
He also urged the influencers to social harmony and national unity.
