CM Maryam Nawaz Sharif Meets Former Caretaker PM Anwaar-ul-Haq Kakar
Lahore, 22 April 2025: Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz Sharif met former Caretaker Prime Minister Anwaar-ul-Haq Kakar. The Chief Minister warmly welcomed former Caretaker Prime Minister Anwaar-ul-Haq Kakar upon his arrival. Matters pertaining to mutual interest, national situation, maintaining law & order and provincial development projects were discussed in the meeting. Former Caretaker Prime Minister Anwaar-ul-Haq Kakar appreciated the vision of Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif.
The Chief Minister while talking to the former Caretaker Prime Minister said, “The youth in Punjab are being empowered through education, IT training, internships and employment facilities. The health sector along with maintaining law & order are among the foremost priorities of the Punjab government.
Former Caretaker Prime Minister Anwaar-ul-Haq Kakar also appreciated ongoing reforms in the health sector in Punjab. Former Caretaker Prime Minister lauded that Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif has introduced revolutionary projects in the health and education sectors in Punjab adding that she is a living example of women empowerment in Pakistan.
