Chairperson BISP Senator Rubina Khalid visited the Azam Park Sheikhabad Payment Camp Site in Peshawar today, where she reviewed the facilities provided to deserving women collecting their quarterly Kafaalat installments.
Senator Rubina Khalid instructed BISP staff to treat elderly women with respect, maintain cleanliness at the payment centers, and ensure the availability of clean drinking water.
While addressing the deserving women, Senator Rubina Khalid emphasized that there is no survey form or survey fee in BISP—the survey is completely free of charge. She explained that once a survey has been conducted, it cannot be repeated for at least two years, and she urged the women not to gather repeatedly at the camp site for survey purposes.
She further advised the women to register the mobile number currently in use during the survey process and to avoid changing the registered number. Senator Rubina Khalid instructed recipients to count and receive their full assistance amount and to ensure they obtain a receipt from the bank representative.
She reiterated that any deduction from the stipend amount is strictly prohibited. In case of any deduction, recipients should immediately register a complaint by calling the BISP helpline at 0800-26477 or by contacting the nearest BISP office. Senator Rubina Khalid warned that strict action will be taken against those involved in unauthorized deductions.
