Urgent Resolution of Premises Issue at Government Girls Middle School Killi Ibrahimzai, Quetta.

It was brought to the notice of the undersigned that the premises of Government Girls Middle School Killi Ibrahimzai, Quetta had been locked and evacuated by the owner of the rented building, thereby disrupting the functioning of the school and affecting the education of female students.
Upon receiving this information, I, Dr. Naseer Ali Shah, District Education Officer Quetta, immediately took prompt and decisive action. I contacted the Honourable Minister for Education Balochistan, Mohtarma Rahila Hameed Khan Durrani, as well as the Worthy Secretary School Education Department Balochistan, Mr. Saleh Muhammad Nasir, to apprise them of the situation and seek immediate intervention.Simultaneously, I approached to the Assistant Commissioner Sariab and coordinated with him to address the matter. Through joint efforts and negotiation, we called upon the owner of the rented premises and successfully persuaded him to unlock the building and hand it back to the School Education Department.It is noteworthy that due to our timely coordination and collective efforts, the school building was reopened within one hour, allowing the school to resume its academic activities without prolonged disruption.Furthermore, the Worthy Secretary School Education Department formally addressed the issue of rent by writing to the Secretary Finance, requesting the release of necessary funds for the rent of the said school building.The swift and responsible actions taken by the Honourable Minister for Education Balochistan and the Worthy Secretary School Education Department Balochistan in response to this emergency are highly commendable and deserve due appreciation.
