May 01, 2025: The Balochistan Board of Investment and Trade (BBoIT) has underscored the critical role of youth and social media influencers in reshaping the narrative around Balochistan and showcasing its true potential to the world. In a consultative meeting held at the office of the Balochistan Public Private Partnership Authority (PPA), BBoIT leadership emphasized collaboration with content creators to highlight the province’s natural beauty, economic opportunities, and development potential.Speaking on the occasion, Bilal Khan Kakar, Vice Chairman of BBoIT, said:
“The young generation, especially social media influencers, must step forward to present a positive and authentic image of Balochistan to the world. They are the voice of our future, and through their platforms, they can bring global attention to the province’s vast potential.He announced that a dedicated conference would soon be organized to further engage influencers, encourage dialogue, and build a joint narrative for Balochistan’s progress.Abdul Kabeer Khan Zarkoon, CEO of BBoIT, added:“We are committed to providing full support and resources to the youth. Our mission is not to distort reality, but to ensure that the truth about Balochistan’s potential reaches both national and international audiences.”
Representatives from BBoIT, the Balochistan Public Private Partnership Authority, and BUITEMS participated in the discussion alongside leading social media influencers and vloggers. Attendees shared suggestions on how to combat misinformation and promote various sectors of Balochistan—including mines and minerals, agriculture, livestock, fisheries, tourism, and coastal development.The BBoIT leadership reiterated that promoting investment and business is only one part of the board’s vision. Equally important is fostering youth engagement and encouraging positive digital activism that benefits the entire province.With its rich natural resources and strategic location, Balochistan offers immense opportunities for economic growth.
