Qur’an Lecture Held at Jamaat-e-Islami Center in Tando Adam
Sanghar (Hasnain Ashiq Saand) Under the auspices of Jamaat-e-Islami Tando Adam, a Qur’an lecture program was held at the party’s central mosque, Kausar Masjid. The session was led by Islamic scholar Maulana Hamadullah Seenharo, who delivered an inspiring and thought-provoking address on the teachings of the Holy Qur’an.
During his lecture, Maulana Hamadullah emphasized that the Qur’an is the ultimate source of guidance and revolution. He stated that spreading the message of the Qur’an is the foremost responsibility of every Muslim, as followers of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). He further remarked that Allah supports those who strive for the supremacy of His religion and who take the teachings of the Qur’an to all of humanity.
Highlighting the relevance of Islamic teachings in today’s context, he noted that true transformation in the nation can only come through the implementation of Qur’anic principles. He called for a governance system based on divine guidance—one that can resolve the problems of the Ummah, promote righteousness, and eliminate social evils.
Maulana Hammadullah stressed that to truly understand the Qur’an, one must follow the example of the Holy Prophet (PBUH), who established an Islamic system of governance through the message of the Qur’an. He lamented the current challenges faced by the Muslim Ummah, particularly the ongoing oppression in Gaza and Palestine, where thousands of innocent civilians have been martyred under Israeli aggression backed by the United States.
He praised the sacrifices made by Hamas, stating that their struggle has proven that the Qur’anic system has the power to transform darkness into light. He expressed hope that the day is near when humanity at large will embrace the eternal message of the Qur’an, and peace and harmony will prevail across the globe.
Senior Jamaat-e-Islami members including Naib Ameers Mushtaq Ahmed Adil, Abdul Ghafoor Ansari, Haji Noor Hassan, local secretary Abdul Sattar Ansari, and Naib Qayyem Abdul Rehman Mansoori were also present at the occasion.
