PTI’s “Salam Sindh” Train March Reaches Tando Adam Under Haleem Adil Sheikh’s Leadership
Sanghar (Hasnain Ashiq Saand) Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s (PTI) “Salam Sindh” Train March, led by party leader Haleem Adil Sheikh, arrived at Tando Adam Railway Station to a warm welcome. Hundreds of party workers, including local leaders Nisar Khan and Ayub Khoso, greeted the march with flower petals and slogans in support.
The march is part of PTI’s campaign to uphold constitutional supremacy and protest against alleged illegal water theft from the Indus River. Speaking on the occasion, Haleem Adil Sheikh praised the historic struggle of the people of Sindh—especially the lawyers—against the construction of illegal canals. He said the train march from Karachi to Ghotki is a tribute to their resistance.
Sheikh reaffirmed that PTI, along with the people of Sindh, will never compromise on provincial rights. “The successful struggle to halt illegal canals from the Indus River is proof that Sindh will stand united against any injustice,” he added.
