Tehsildar Winder, Engineer Saeed Ahmed Shahwani, has demonstrated a remarkable commitment to supporting education in the region. Recognizing the challenges faced by students at the Government Girls Higher Secondary School in Winder due to load shedding and inadequate facilities, Shahwani took proactive steps to address these issues.
During a recent visit to monitor annual examinations, Shahwani observed the sweltering conditions in the examination center and promptly upgraded the school’s solar system from 3KV to 7KV. This upgrade aimed to alleviate the electricity shortage and provide a more conducive learning environment. Additionally, damaged fans in the examination hall were repaired, and new AC/DC fans were installed.
Shahwani emphasized the importance of girls’ education, stating that the students would play a vital role in developing an educated society. His actions reflect a genuine dedication to promoting education and empowering young women in the community.
