Tribute to Pakistan Navy and Armed Forces

The President paid tribute to the Pakistan Navy for its role in national defense.

Referring to Operation Baniyan Marsous, he stated that the Pakistan Navy acted as a solid barrier in defending the country’s maritime borders.

He noted that the alertness and readiness of the Navy prevented the Indian Navy from attempting any aggressive action against Pakistan.

President Zardari emphasized that it is only because of the successful defense by the Armed Forces that the nation is able to enjoy the PSL final in peace today.

He also congratulated the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) for the successful organization of the 10th edition of the Pakistan Super League.
