“Traffic Congestion in Quetta: Parliamentary Secretary Calls for Coordinated Efforts”
Quetta June 03- Parliamentary Secretary for Transport, Mir Liaqat Lehri, has emphasized the need for all stakeholders to work together to address traffic congestion in Quetta. He stressed that any negligence or lack of coordination will not be tolerated.
Timely Completion of Projects:* Lehri urged that ongoing road development projects in Quetta should be completed on time and according to standards to ensure smooth traffic flow.
– Proposal for PDs: He proposed to the Chief Minister that four Project Directors (PDs) be appointed for the Quetta Development Package to oversee the timely completion of projects under the package.
The meeting was attended by various officials from the Transport Department, CNW, Traffic Engineering Bureau, Quetta Development Authority, and others
