Sindhi Adabi Sangat Celebrates 53rd Birthday of Central Secretary General and Renowned Poet-Writer Noor Chakrani
Sanghar (Hasnain Ashiq Sand) Sindhi Adabi Sangat’s Tando Adam chapter hosted a grand literary gathering at “Waryah Manzil” to celebrate the 53rd birthday of the organization’s Central Secretary General, and distinguished poet and writer, Noor Chakrani.
The event featured a warm welcome for Noor Chakrani, who was presented with garlands and bouquets. A birthday cake was cut amid cheers and applause from the audience.
Prominent literary figures and members of the Sangat, including branch secretary Muhammad Akhlaq Waryah, Mansoor Bijoro, Dilnawaz Dodo Panhwar, Gul Hassan Lakho, Sagar Dahraj, Dr. Bashir Ahmed Khaskheli, Zahid Memon, Lakhadino Khaskheli, Dr. Hidayat Kerio, Ameen Waryah, Sajid Chakrani, Pir Ghulam Haider, Santosh Soothar, Haji Kareem Gaho and others addressed the gathering.
The speakers praised Noor Chakrani not only for his literary excellence but also for his humility, sincerity, compassion, and loyalty. They acknowledged his dedication in fulfilling the responsibilities of the Central Secretary General of Sindhi Adabi Sangat, earning the respect and trust of the literary community.
In his address, Noor Chakrani said, “Sindhi Adabi Sangat continues to nurture the spirit of knowledge, literature, art, and truth in Sindh. We remain committed to the promise of loyalty to Sindh and will keep striving for the creative, organizational, and ideological progress of the Sangat.”
The event concluded with a soul-stirring musical session, where Hidayat Gulzar and Shafqat Gulzar captivated the audience with melodious performances, receiving great appreciation from the attendees.
