Japanese Consul General to Share Expertise with Pakistani Civil Servants at NIPA

KARACHI: His Excellency Mr. Hattori Masaru, Consul General of Japan in Karachi, will visit National Institute of Public Administration (NIPA) and
deliver a special address to participants of its prestigious 43rd Mid-Career Management Course (MCMC) on Wednesday, June 11, 2025.
This significant engagement underscores the strong bilateral ties between Japan and Pakistan and highlights NIPA’s commitment to providing its participants with diverse perspectives on global governance and international cooperation.
H.E. Mr. Masaru brings a wealth of diplomatic experience and deep insights into the multifaceted relationship between the two nations.
During his address, the Consul General is expected to share valuable perspectives on:

Earlier, participants of the 43rd MCMC, under the leadership of Mr. Fauz Khalid Khan, Chief Instructor, and Mr. Nadeem Nizami, Deputy Director, visited the Planning Commission of Pakistan Secretariat, where they met with senior officials including the Joint Chief of Planning to gain firsthand knowledge about national development frameworks and strategic planning processes.
